Holidays

  • Entitlement to 5 weeks per calendar year for all

  • Entitlement to 27 working days per calendar year for executives and salaried staff (not on hourly wages)

Pension plan

  • Benefits of the plan according to policy

  • Waiver of premium after 90 days of incapacity to work due to illness or accident

  • Entitlement to a disability pension to the amount of 60% and/or disabled person’s child pension to the amount of 12% of the insured annual salary

  • Not only widows but also widowers are entitled to a pension

  • Widow’s/widower’s pension to the amount of 36% and/or orphan’s pension to the amount of 12% of the insured annual salary

  • In addition to the widow’s/widower’s pension a sum payable at death to the amount of 100% of the annual salary will be paid

Daily sickness allowance insurance

  • The premiums for the non-statutory daily sickness allowance insurance are paid in full by the employer; no payroll deduction for the employee

Accident insurance

  • The premiums for the occupational and the non-occupational accident insurance are paid in full by the employer; no payroll deduction for the employee

  • Additional insurance is provided for the following

    • 80% daily allowance of the insured annual salary

    • Hospital stay on a private ward

    • Complete cover abroad
